VGA also manages annual functions such as the Omaha Police Foundation's Officer of the Year Awards Luncheon and Girls Inc.'s Lunch for the Girls.

No challenge is too great for our experienced and dedicated staff. Please see below for information about VGA's event management services.

Concept Development
VGA works closely with each client to design a unique event that fits the theme, occasion or goal of the project. From site-specific and seasonal events to commemorative celebrations, VGA has developed exciting, successful event concepts for dozens of clients including Omaha 15O! for the City of Omaha, a Native American Art Fair and Music Festival for Fontenelle Forest (Bellevue, NE) and a series of 33 grand opening events for Gordman's department stores in seven different states.

Event Programming
Once a solid concept has been developed, VGA puts its considerable resources to work finding just the right mix of activities, entertainment, vendors and more to create the perfect event. Working within a client's budget, we can provide an array of options and recommendations to define and enhance each event with unique and enjoyable attractions.

Site and Facilities Planning
VGA has experience working with a variety of distinct events with a wide range of logistical and facilities requirements. Everything from tents to portable restrooms and temporary power to full service stages can be arranged and coordinated for a specific site or event. VGA has produced facility plans for clients including The Renaissance Faire of the Midlands, The Omaha Summer Arts Festival and the CarTunes on Parade public art project held collaboratively in Detroit, Michigan and Windsor, Ontario.

VGA will call on its extensive network of vendors and resources to meet each event's facility needs without disrupting the event's carefully crafted atmosphere and ambiance. The options are endless as we build a plan to support the behind the scenes components of each unique event.

On-Site Management and Evaluation
VGA's staff of seasoned professionals can provide expert on-site management services including, site set-up, volunteer training and management and event wrap-up.

Post-event services include debriefings, interviews, surveys and detailed reports with thorough documentation and suggestions for modification and improvement.
